Hi Clare. I was just looking at Gwyneth Paltrow's excellent blog "Goop" and I see that your blog is a reasonably good commoner's plagiarism of her brilliant concept. I especially like your inclusion of actual fast food as well as what Gwyneth likes to call "fast food". I'll definitely keep stalking you via your blog (and in reality as I stroll past your door to the bin several times a day).
