For an early Father's Day lunch I made my Dad a mushroom risotto, roast vegetables with orange sauce & brie and a rocket, pear and walnut salad. Followed with some shortbread and tea and a good chat. He seemed chuffed and we had a lovely afternoon. Big love to my Dad.
